Standard Product Warranty Periods

Your BridgePad™ products all come with 1-Year Limited Warranty. An additional multi-year Limited Warranty may be purchased to protect your products beyond the initial warranty period. Please contact sales at 650.961.9114 for more information about purchasing an Extended Warranty for your BridgePad™ products.

Limited Warranty

BridgePad™ Company warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use from the confirmed date of purchase, by the original purchaser. Upon written notice of any defects, BridgePad™ Company will either repair or replace the faulty product or components thereof. Any warranty stated hereunder is extended to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

BridgePad™ Company does not assume liability for consequential damages or liability as a result of our product''s use. BridgePad™ Company''s liability extends to, but does not exceed, the original selling price of the equipment. In addition, there is no assumption of liability as a consequence of any such events under the terms of this warranty, in the following cases:

• Shipment to BridgePad™ Company or the customer.
• Improper environment, temperature extremes, electrical power surges or failure or other misuse or negligence.
• Adjustment or repair by personnel not authorized by BridgePad™ Company.
• Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions.
• Forces beyond the control of BridgePad™ Company, including but not limited to an act of God, war, insurrection, civil disturbance, natural disasters, labor disputes or government regulations.

In order to obtain service under this warranty, you must first call BridgePad™ Company, Technical Support department 650.961.9114 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before shipping the product to BridgePad™ Technology, or its authorized agent.

Extended Warranty

BridgePad™ Company does not assume liability for consequential damages or liability as a result of our product''s use.
